Any time that link is clicked and they complete the form you will be credited basd on the terms provided.

Rewards can be used in 2 differnt ways. You can request a transfer with designated account on platforms like vimeo and paypal. Rewards may also be transfered to your business account to pay for promoters of your business.
CONNECTion Terms
Each connection will have terms. These terms help set the expections of when a promoter is paid for the CONNECTion. When you CONNECT to a business you agree to the terms.
A common example would be “payout on eligable completed sales“. This means when the customer purchases a product or service of eligiable terms then you will be credited at the rate specified. In this case you are not paid when the custermer record is created rather you are paid when the customer completes the purchase. depending on the service and the sales process this could take weeks for a sale to close.
Change of terms
If the terms change or the payout changes. You will receive notification of the change in terms. Its not common for terms to change but the business has the ability to do so. A more common change would be for a high converting Promoter to receive an increase in the payout for your CONNECTion. This is at the discreation of the business to adjust payouts on a Promoters connection. If you do not like the change in terms you have received you may simply stop promotting the business.
CONNECTion Incentives
The business may adjust the incentives at anytime. This incentive is captured at the time the customer completes the form. Incentives are designed and tracked by the business to ensure the highest rate of conversion to a sale. Again if you dont like the incentive then you dont have to promote the business. It is recommended to not put the incentive in your message specifically but to rather use a statement like “When you use my link you get an additional savings”
Market
The “market” is a listing of businesses accepting promoters. If you can’t find a business you are looking for suggest CONNECT to them and as a PROMOTER for connect and receive awards!

Reporting
Each new prospect that you drive to the CONNECT page is tracked through the sale. You will have a log of contacts made and will be able to see the status. When the sale matches the requirement of the terms you will be rewarded.
Duration
If the customer completed the CONNECTion on your code then that customer is tracked as your connection and the system dedupes that customer in the system automatically. We attempt to “Cookie” the customer as best we can but many technologies exist to stop this or remove this from devices. Also this does not work across all devices for a customer. The language on the CONNECT page is designed to incentivise the CONNECTion to be made immediatly when the customer hits the page and to lock in the specific incentive and provide you with credit for making the CONNECTion. This eliminates the need for a cookie to track the customer.
A cookie is a small text file that is stored on the device and provides information over a duration of time.
Tracking
We track and report on lead conversion activities. We also provide you with the ability to provide a “trk” code with your links. This code may be letters and numbers with “-” to signify whatever you want. A location on a page, A specific post, Specific Creative or link location. Whatver you want. That code is captured with the CONNECTion and reported so you can see what is driving the best converting customers.
Disputes
This is an “At Will” Service. All parties are using the service free of requirement on the other. If you don’t agree with a particular transaction or feel that a business is not accuratly reporting on conversions, report this on your business disconnect request as we log this detail. Platform access for the business is subject to the review of your response.
Why a business would not lie about conversions:
Some of the concequences for not accuratly reporting on conversions
- This platform provides the business with a nearly fixed cost per sale.
- The more promoters the business has the more customers they will have.
- Treat the promoters good and the business will never need for customers.
- It does not benefit a business not to report on closed business accuratly: The system has programmed conversion rate threshhold. If conversions do not exceed these thresholds access is reduced
- The business may loose access to the “market” to attract new promoters
- The business may loose access to the “platform” entirely.
Promoter requirements
As a promoter; you also will have a threshold to meet. We do not want low converting spammy traffic sent to the CONNECT capture page. If your CONNECTion does not meet a specific conversion rate for traffic sent to the CONNECT landing page the connection will automatically be paused. This pause is a warning to send better converting customers to the page or change your message. If you reach the threshold a second time the connection will be disconnected.
This is a way that the system will automaticaly weed out promoters that are providing low quality CONNECTions.
IMPORTANT : Promoter Business Misrepresentation
As a promoter if you have misrepresented the CONNECTion and a customer askes the business for something that does not exist, the business may take these same steps by pausing your CONNECTion sighting misrepresentation of product or service. Then disconnecting and blocking future access to the CONNECTion. Customers agree in the terms that the business is not accountable for misrepresentation by promoters and all promotional content is subject to change without notice. As a promoter if we find abuse like this we have the ability to disconnect all your CONNECTions and disable your account. The business controls the incentives for your connection for you and for the customer. These details are recorded and can be audited on each connection.
DO NOT MISREPRESENT A BUSINESS. Misrepresentation is taken very seariously.
More detailed terms are available and you agree to when you sign up to be a promoter.
For further clarity. The business is not required to pay a REWARD. When a customer makes a purchase that meets or exceeds the terms of the CONNECTion it is in the best interest of the business to pay the REWARD and to further incentivise more CONNECTions through you. You as a promoter understand this and agree to this when you sign up for the service as a promoter. When you disconnect and provide a reason, we review the account history and are able to use this information to detect abuse by a business and take steps to correct or remove the business behavior. *cash : When you request cash out of the system you will be provided specific applications that you are able to withdraw funds. This withdrawl is available through paypal. The payment will be for services and a 4% transaction fee will apply for all withdrawls to cover the transaction fees. If you meet specific REWARD thresholds you will be required to submite a w-2 and will receive a 1099. Source: Affiliate networks and merchants will send you 1099 forms if you’ve earned over $600 from them during the tax year. These forms report your earnings and serve as official records for the IRS. If you’ve paid any contractors or employees to assist with your affiliate marketing business, you’ll issue them 1099, respectively. The 1099 form is for independent contractors who earned more than $600.
