Introducing Local-Pro Remodeler

Plan It. See It. Price It. Find a Pro. Remodeling usually starts long before you call a contractor. It starts with an idea. What would my kitchen look like with new countertops? Could new siding completely change the appearance of my home? What would it cost to remodel my bathroom? Is a new deck within my budget? Who should I call when I'm ready to actually get the project done? Local-PRO Remodeler brings those steps together. Whether you're planning an interior renovation or an exterior home improvement project, Remodeler gives you interactive tools to explore the possibilities, develop a realistic starting budget, discuss your ideas and connect with local professionals when you're ready to move forward. See the Possibilities with Visual Remodeler Sometimes the hardest part of remodeling is imagining the finished project. With Visual Remodeler, you can use a photo of your own home or space and explore different remodeling ideas before making major decisions. For interior projects, experiment with ideas for kitchens, bathrooms, countertops, cabinets, flooring, walls and other improvements. For exterior projects, explore changes such as siding, decks, landscaping, exterior finishes and other improvements that can dramatically change the appearance of your home. The goal isn't to replace the professional design process. It's to help you see possibilities, compare ideas and communicate what you want. Instead of telling a professional, "I'm thinking about changing the exterior," you can begin the conversation with a much clearer picture of what you're trying to accomplish. Understand the Budget with Remodeling Estimators A great idea still needs a budget. Local-PRO Remodeler includes interactive estimating tools designed to help homeowners understand the potential cost of a project during the early planning stages. Choose the type of project you're considering, select the work involved and adjust the project based on your priorities. Remodeler creates a planning range t
