We provide you with the details we have collected on the business from our on-boarding process. This may include a number of data points like license, warranty, insurance, and additional data points that we find. The system also weeds out low quality producers quickly.

Many projects receive connections within hours, depending on the category and urgency. This process is less about speed and more about finding the right company for your project. Within 72 hours Local-Pro's, that are interested, will contact you in that time. E.g. If your "just shopping" leading pro's may no contact you as quickly whereas if your are "ASAP" and a match then response may be quick.

The primary categories we are focused on are on the homepage. We are constantly expanding the categories as we onboard more local-pro's.

No. You’re always in control. Review your matches and move forward only when you're ready. Our system automatically rewards our best performers with more early notifications of future projects. For this reason your project means a lot to them today and into the future! We like to think we have the best Local-Pro's in the business! We do request that you communicate with them when they respond. If you do not respond to the local-pro the system blocks your email address/phone number permanently from all future use in the system.

When a Local-Pro responds you receive an email notification. In the notification is a link to auto log you into your customer account. You can also go to local-pro.com and click customer login and it will send you a new one time access code. Once logged in you will see all your responses to the project(s). You then may respond to them there as well. We also have a call masking platform where an call number and extension will connect you to them.

That’s intentional. Local Pro focuses on fit, not volume—so you get better-quality matches instead of more noise.

It may also be the details of the project. As described before when you indicate that you are "just shopping" some Local-Pro's see that as you are not yet committed to the project, some may find that to be the right time it really depends on the project and how the local-Pro operates.
